Inwoodbank is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work as a floating CSR across multiple branches, primarily based at the Richardson Operations Center. The role requires delivering exceptional service, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining security standards.
You will travel to branches as needed to cover staffing shortages, greet customers, process deposits and withdrawals, and refer customers to the appropriate staff for product insights.
