What You'll Do:

• Educate and entertain guests on aquatic adventures
• Facilitate safe animal encounters and experiences
• Recommend cool merch and upgrades to enhance the guest journey
• Operate admissions and sales with a smile
• Help keep the Aquarium clean, safe, and full of fun
• Be part of a team that supports each other and thrives on positive vibes

What You Bring:

• A love for working with people (and maybe even stingrays!)
• Great communication and listening skills
• Experience in customer service, retail, or guest-facing roles (a plus!)
• Comfort using a POS system and handling cash
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays — we're open when families are out to play!
