Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour on W2
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through phone calls, emails, and ticketing systems while assisting with research and communication involving tax offices, internal teams, and external clients.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer phone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely manner.
• Manage and resolve customer issues through the ticketing system.
• Conduct research and communicate with tax offices regarding customer requests and concerns.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved accurately.
• Provide support and updates to external clients as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with email, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional and customer-focused attitude.
