The Sales Agent plays a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and growth. You will connect directly with potential and existing clients over the phone, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that highlight the value of our products and services.

Drive Revenue Growth:
Meet and exceed daily targets, monthly sales goals, and key performance indicators by using persuasive communication to promote products, cross-sell, and upsell.

Manage High-Volume Outreach:
Execute scheduled appointment calls within designated windows and handle incoming calls efficiently, ensuring seamless ownership throughout the caller's request lifecycle.

Deliver Tailored Customer Experiences:
Engage existing and prospective clients with a friendly, professional demeanor—answering inquiries, providing accurate quotes using online pricing tools, and solving complex problems.

Master Product & Policy Knowledge:
Leverage comprehensive product expertise, industry regulations, and communication scripts, knowing when to go off-script to meet specific client needs.

Ensure Operational Excellence:
Maintain precise CRM records for all interactions, transactions, and customer details to drive reporting accuracy and seamless follow-ups.

Collaborate for Continuous Improvement:
Partner with cross-functional escalation teams to resolve client complaints quickly, stay ahead of industry trends, and proactively advise management on system or process improvements.

Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Keen attention to detail.

Strong background in sales and customer service.

Computer skills necessary to navigate word processing, email, and web-based applications.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

3+ years of experience in sales and customer service.

Proficiency with CRM systems and web-based applications.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to handle high call volumes professionally.

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to adapt quickly to changing customer needs.

All late-stage candidates complete an in-person meeting with an App Folian as part of our hiring process.

The compensation that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $ - $ OTE. The actual compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, education, experience, and internal equity.

Please note that compensation is just one aspect of a comprehensive Total Rewards package. The compensation range listed here does not include additional benefits or any discretionary bonuses you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
