Customer Service Representative

Sugaright, a sustainability-focused sugar refiner, seeks a Customer Service Representative to support our Manufacturing Customer Service & Support team. In this role, you will manage customer orders, shipments, and product inquiries while collaborating closely with production, logistics, and quality to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries. You will handle issue resolution, maintain precise records, and communicate clearly with customers, reflecting our commitment to sustainability, quality, safety, and continuous improvement in a respectful, team-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, orders, and delivery status
• Enter and maintain accurate customer orders in ERP/CRM systems
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to resolve issues
• Track shipments and update customers on order and delivery timelines
• Handle complaints, investigate root causes, and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Support sustainability and quality initiatives in all customer interactions
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ethical standards
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
