Are you a motivated, personable sales professional who enjoys connecting with people and helping them find the support they need? If so, we are looking for you! Our firm is hiring a Call Center Representative to be the first point of contact for individuals and families reaching out to our firm regarding potential nursing home abuse and neglect cases. Responsibilities:
Strong telephone sales and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage callers and guide conversations Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment Ability to remain professional, patient, and compassionate when speaking with individuals experiencing difficult or emotional circumstances Experience in call center, customer service, intake, or a similar client-facing role Strong listening skills and the ability to ask thoughtful, effective questions to understand a caller's needs
Qualifications:
Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls from prospective clients and their families Ask thoughtful and effective questions to understand each caller’s situation and identify potential case opportunities Guide prospective clients through the initial intake process and clearly explain next steps Conduct timely and consistent follow-up with prospective clients who have not yet retained the firm Accurately document call details, client information, and follow-up activity in the firm’s case management or CRM system Gather relevant information and documentation needed for the firm to evaluate potential cases Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy when handling sensitive or emotional conversations Compensation: $55,000

Compensation:
