Join RenoDFW as a Customer Success Coordinator and be the voice of our company. You'll ensure every client has an exceptional experience from their first inquiry through project completion and beyond.
Responsibilities- Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout their project
- Schedule consultations, installations, and follow-up visits
- Communicate project updates and timeline changes proactively
- Address client questions and concerns promptly
- Coordinate between sales, design, and installation teams
- Collect feedback and reviews after project completion
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system
- 2+ years in customer service or client relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and Google Workspace
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Experience in home services or construction is a plus
