• Educate and provide recommendations using ADP product knowledge to help clients understand the value of our solutions.
• Organize work to manage a high volume of inbound calls, adhering to a daily schedule and maintaining productivity during peak seasons.

• 3–5 years of experience in a client service, customer service, or systems integration environment.
• Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• College degree is a plus but not required.
• Alternative qualifying experience includes military service that demonstrates teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a mission‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in a metrics‑driven call center environment with structured daily routines.
