Part-time Customer Service Representative - 1st shift

The Spirit of the Position:

The Part-time Customer Service Representative greets and creates a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and clients.

What will I do?

• Be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution and display a caring attitude, develop a rapport with the customer base.
• Assist customers in lanes, and in the parking office; help direct traffic as needed.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude in person and over the phone.
• Assist with cashiering functions as needed.
• Maintain and repair any malfunctioning parking equipment to ensure appropriate access to customers.
• Maintain shuttle bus cleanliness and other required upkeep.
• Assist with making change from the cash bank for employees
• Provide professional, courteous, and accessible customer support at designated shuttle stops and passenger touchpoints to assist guests with way finding, general airport information, shuttle route guidance, and service inquiries.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Experience:

• Strong customer service experience.
• Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Skills:

• Willingness to be flexible and work multiple facility locations.
• Ability to handle challenging and at times, emotionally charged situations.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
• Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded).

Physical Demands:

• Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
