First Impressions Specialist/ Tolleson Family Activity Building
Purpose:
To create a welcoming and hospitable experience for every guest, member, and caller by providing exceptional service, helpful information, and meaningful connections to the ministries and mission of HPUMC.

Campus:Mockingbird – Tolleson
Working Hours: Usual working hours for this part-time position are Monday-Thursday. During certain times of the year additional hours may be necessary to meet the demands of the job. All church staff will be asked to support and serve for religious holidays and worship services including Christmas Eve and Easter.

Responsibilities include:
To deliver an exceptional guest experience at HPUMC:
1. Warmly welcome and greet every guest who enters the Tolleson building, creating a hospitable and inviting first impression.
2. Provide accurate information about HPUMC’s ministries, programs, events, and services to guests and callers.
3. Assist guests in navigating the campus and locating their destination.
4. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment that reflects HPUMC’s commitment to hospitality.
5. Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Education: Some College
Experience: Previous customer service experience highly preferred
