RDH - DallasJob Summary
We are seeking motivated, self-led dental professionals to join our team and grow with us! Currently we are seeking an Registered Dental Hygienists (RDH) in the Dallas, TX area that have an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent customer service, and most importantly are team players that are willing to travel. You will work closely with our dental professionals to ensure efficient and smooth operations within the practice. Your dedication to patient comfort, knowledge of dental procedures, and adherence to infection control protocols will be essential in delivering exceptional service. Must have excellent customer service and be willing to travel out of state for up to two months at a time.
Duties may include:
- Unloading the Company Van
- Set up mobile operatories, equipment and trays
- Reviewing a patient's oral health history
- Takes and develops X-rays
- Feels lymph nodes to detect swelling or tenderness associated with dental disease
- Examine gums for sores or disease using probes and other dental instruments
- Uses dental instruments to check and clean gums
- Removing plaque from and polishing a patient's teeth
- Fluoride and other cavity protectors are applied
- Charts and records of disease for diagnosis and treatment
- Assisting dentists
- Administers local anesthetics, as directed
- Provides patients with proper instruction for treatment of disease
- Forms and molds cast impressions
- Teaching appropriate brushing and flossing techniques
- Sterilizing, cleaning dental equipment, cleans and polishes removable appliances
- Breakdown of the mobile operatories, loading the Company Van
- Troubleshooting challenges that arise with mobile offsite dental services

Job Qualifications- Education:
Associates Degree - Experience:
1-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Salary:
Your base compensation will be paid at the daily rate of $600.00.
Bonus:
Monthly bonus equal to ten percent (10%) of monthly production over $1,500 average per day.
Benefits:
You will be eligible to participate in any benefit plan that the Company has adopted or may adopt, maintain, or contribute to for the benefit of its regular employees generally, subject to satisfying any applicable eligibility requirements, including health, dental and 401k plans.
Paid Time Off:
You will also receive 40 hours of paid time off per 12 months worked, up to a maximum accrual of 80 hours. You will be required to coordinate all time off with your manager, while ensuring your work is completed and you meet your goals and objectives at a satisfactory level.
