Field Manager - DallasJob Summary

You will work closely with our dental professionals to ensure efficient and smooth operations within the practice. Your dedication to patient comfort, knowledge of dental procedures, and adherence to infection control protocols will be essential in delivering exceptional service. Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of our mobile dental practices, and be willing to travel locally and out of state from time to time.
The primary responsibilities include overseeing and managing field staff, logistics, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. Here’s a more detailed description of the role:
- Hire, train, and supervise field personnel, including dentists, dental assistants, and hygienists.
- Ensure staff members adhere to field protocols and maintain high standards of patient care.
- Oversee patient appointment scheduling to optimize the dentist’s time and minimize wait times and maximize production.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any scheduling conflicts or concerns.
- Oversee billing procedures and manage insurance claims, including verification and follow-up.
- Ensure accurate patient billing, including processing payments and providing billing statements.
- Manage the practice’s budget, including overseeing dental supplies, equipment, and other expenses.
- Track revenue and expenditures and assist in implementing financial strategies to improve profitability.
- Ensure that the field complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
- Maintain and organize patient records in a secure, accurate, and confidential manner.
- Foster positive relationships with corporate clients and their employees (our patients) and ensure their satisfaction with the care provided.
- Address any patient complaints or issues promptly to maintain a high standard of service.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new corporate clients, patients and retain existing ones.
- Work with marketing to promote the field operations through social media and other campaigns.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in dental practice software (e.g., Dentrix Ascend) and dental management tools.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a must.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Requires prior experience in dental office management.
The role is responsible for production and combines administrative skills with customer service and financial management, playing a vital role in the overall success and efficiency of the dental practice.
