Dental Payment Poster

We are looking for a dental payment poster to join our growing RCM team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of dental billing experience, be team-oriented and be able to multi-task with several dental offices.

This position will join a team of RCM.Do you have 1 year of dental office administrative experience with an emphasis on Insurance Billing and payment posting? We are seeking a Dental Payment Poster from a dental office to join our support team in Dallas, TX.Specific

Job Skills and Responsibilities Must have knowledge of Insurance Billing and payment posting in a dental office.

Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes and works cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service

Must be detail-oriented, organized nd work with little supervision

Knowledge of dental/medical industry

Ability to read and write in a clear and concise manner

Ability to multi-task effectively under stress, prioritize and meet deadlines with strong attention paid to detail of work produced

Must have knowledge of computer programs and operations (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to maintain client and patient confidentiality

Open Dental knowledge is a plus

Education and/or Experience 1-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in the dental insurance billing processing environment.

Dental experience is required
