Patient Care Coordinator

Our office, Ayik & Berto - Woodhill Endodontics in Dallas, TX is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator with Dental Assistance experience to join our busy specialty practice.

Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator with Dental Assistance experience to take on all administrative and front office duties while also having dental assistance experience to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors while being able to multi‑task. • Welcoming patients to the dental office
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages
• Check, sort and forward emails
• Keep updates records and files
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper ect.)
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and well‑stocked operatory
• Provide oral hygiene and post‑operative care instructions

As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.

• Ability to multi‑task
• Familiarity with office machines (e fax, printer ect.)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Understand treatment plans
• Knowledge of instrument sterilization according to regulations
• Good organisational and multi‑tasking abilities
• Problem‑solving skills
• A high school diploma
• Desires to help your patients

Position Base Pay Range

$23 - $25 USD
