The Registered Dental Hygienist at HIRE INTRODUCTION LLC is responsible for providing exceptional dental care and oral hygiene services to patients. This role involves working closely with dentists to deliver comprehensive dental care, educating patients on oral health, and ensuring a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance procedures for patients.
Conduct oral health assessments and screenings, identifying potential oral health issues.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide guidance on maintaining optimal oral health.
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures as required.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Stay updated with the latest dental hygiene practices and technologies by attending continuing education courses and maintaining required certifications and licenses.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to infection control protocols and sterilization procedures.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide a seamless and positive patient experience.
Participate in community outreach and education programs to promote oral health awareness.
Required
Education:
Active license for Dental Hygienist Maintain required certifications and renewals
Maintain required annual continuing education (CE) hours
Required Experience:
Demonstrated ability to perform dental hygiene procedures effectively and efficiently
Experience in patient education and oral health promotion
Proficiency in using dental software and technology
Preferred Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a dental practice setting
Experience working with diverse patient populations
Familiarity with the latest dental hygiene techniques and practices
Required
Skills and Abilities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in clinical procedures
Ability to work collaboratively within a dental team Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to professional standards
Bilingual is a plus
