The Registered Dental Assistant at HIRE INTRODUCTION LLC plays a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care within the healthcare services industry. This position supports dentists and ensures the smooth operation of dental procedures, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the dental practice. The role requires a professional with a valid Registered Dental Assistant License, committed to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays) as directed by the dentist.
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update them with new information as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize the efficiency of the practice.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
- Ensure the dental operatory is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist in the management of dental emergencies and provide CPR/BLS as required.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and external partners; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Required
Education:- Registered Dental Assistant License by State
- Maintain renewal of licensing
- CPR BLS certification
- Annual Continuing Education (CE) as required by state
- Required Experience: None
- Preferred Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a dental setting
