Entry-Level Dental Assistant – Dallas, TX
Monarch Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a positive, dependable, and patient-focused Entry-Level Dental Assistant to join our team in Dallas!
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to start a career in dentistry.
No experience? No problem! We are happy to train the right candidate in both clinical and administrative skills. If you're motivated, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you.
As a member of our team, you'll work alongside experienced dental professionals to provide exceptional patient care while developing valuable skills in a supportive and professional setting.

Schedule (days/hours)
Monday 8-5, Tuesday 9-6, Wednesday, Friday 7-4
Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
- Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
- Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency
- Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience
- Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams
Qualifications
- TX RDA Certification
- CPR
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience

Compensation
$18-$20/hour
