Responsibilities

• Provide chairside support to dentists during exams and procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials according to infection control standards
• Greet and assist patients, verify information, and support a positive visit experience
• Document basic clinical notes and update patient records in practice software
• Provide pre- and post-treatment instructions under provider guidance
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage basic front-desk tasks as needed
• Follow HIPAA and safety protocols to protect patient privacy and wellbeing
• Participate in on-the-job training and skill-building sessions provided by client offices
• Travel to different local dental practices as assigned by Indigo Dental Staffing
• Communicate clearly with staffing coordinators regarding schedules and assignments
