Job Summary

All Care Dental is seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a busy dental office while providing excellent service to our patients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of dental office experience and be confident handling front desk responsibilities, patient communication, scheduling, and general administrative duties. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients warmly and professionally
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
  • Check patients in and out
  • Maintain accurate patient information and records
  • Assist with insurance verification and patient paperwork
  • Collect and process patient payments as needed
  • Communicate professionally with patients regarding appointments and office procedures
  • Coordinate with clinical team members to help maintain an efficient patient flow
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk/reception area
  • Perform general administrative and front office duties
  • Provide excellent customer service and help create a positive patient experience
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of dental office/front desk experience required
  • Previous experience working in a dental practice
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working with computers and dental office systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
