We’re looking for a well-rounded, mid-to-senior level interior designer who loves variety, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a collaborative studio environment. This role offers the chance to work across a wide range of projects — including commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, hospitality, senior living, institutional, and government — with real ownership from concept through construction.
What you’ll do:- Develop and oversee space plans, finishes, FF&E, and design concepts
- Oversee the coordination of materials production for project specifications
- Produce and coordinate Revit-based construction documents
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients
- Support and mentor junior designers
- 8+ years of interior design experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Strong ability to take client ideas and translate them into visual references
