Location expectations:
• For qualified candidates outside of DFW, 100% remote is possible, but must be willing to travel as needed.
Product Design Leads will:
• Lead design in key assigned area:
Women's Health
• Advance customer-centric solutions across product squads building end-to-end digital experiences for new and existing products
• Effectively communicate UX strategy and design-thinking rationale to mitigate ambiguity and distill complex ideas so that others can quickly comprehend them
• Promote design cohesion across our ecosystem
• Collaborate cross-functionally with research, service design, content design, engineering, and analytics building alliances, facilitating strategy sessions, and helping teams work through differences to deliver with excellence
• Inspire trust and confidence with stakeholders and product managers to align on concepts, requirements, and delivery. Offer thought partnership to define new features and roadmap priorities
• Effectively manage scope, dependencies and risks associated with complex projects.
• Coach and mentor other designers and team members, providing direct feedback, critique, and guidance to push the experience to the next level
• Understand and continually evangelize our customers and what they need to make informed healthcare decisions for themselves and their families.
• Promote inclusive design standards and guidelines for desktop, R-web, and mobile
Requirements
• 5+ years' experience in UX design or product design
• Expert experience in Figma
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating robust UX process and polished designs for desktop, R-web, and native mobile platforms
• Demonstrated experience, passion, or familiarity designing for women's health journeys including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and/or menopause

• You produce great work with quick turnarounds and multitask effectively across different activities
• You are highly organized and have great attention to detail
• You enjoy working within a well-established design ecosystem and contributing to its ongoing evolution.
