Job Description
Design & Drafting
- Lead the creation of 2D and 3D CAD drawings using Solid Works and AutoCAD
- Translate sketches, concepts, and client requirements into production-ready designs
- Prepare CNC-ready layouts and DXF files for manufacturing
- Ensure all drawings meet technical, manufacturing, and quality standards
- Own and maintain drawing standards, templates, and best practices
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all design outputs
- Collaborate closely with production teams to optimize workflows and execution
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance design and manufacturing efficiency
- Act as a key technical point of contact for clients and distributors
- Coordinate design requirements and process orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain clear, professional communication across internal and external stakeholders
- 3-5 years experience
- Producing full drawing sets (WSDs)
- 3-5 Solid Works + AutoCAD required
- Preferred IT experience
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans
- Familiarity with generating files for CNC cutting machines
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently

Salary: $70,000-$75,000
