Senior Interior Designer | High-end Residential Interior Design Working Style:
In Office | Full Time

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to guide luxury residential projects from concept through installation, blending creative vision with strong project leadership for our client. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a highly collaborative environment and enjoys working closely with clients, teammates, and partners to bring exceptional spaces to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle interior design projects from concept through construction to installation of furnishings.
  • Develop and present design concepts, space plans, and material selections.
  • Manage client relationships, including presentations, approvals, and communication.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Produce and review construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Source furnishings, finishes, lighting, and custom pieces.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers and support staff.
  • Oversee the procurement coordinator through the procurement process to ensure accurate and timely execution of furnishings projects.
  • Ensure design integrity and quality control across all phases.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field required.
  • 7+ years of interior design experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or interior design project management role.
  • High-end residential experience preferred.
  • NCIDQ certification preferred.
  • Managing 4–8 active projects simultaneously (based on scale and phase).
  • FF&E sourcing and specification expertise, including strong knowledge of trade furnishing lines, textile lines, and specialty and custom vendors.
