Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Design Consultants provide a luxury, client-focused experience for walk-in clientele in the RH Gallery, collaborating with RH Interior Design to assess needs and deliver curated solutions. They qualify and educate potential clients on RH design services, manage the client relationship from initial contact through product delivery, and help grow a strong client base.

• Provide elevated product expertise and luxury service to gallery clientele
• Qualify, educate and refer clients to RH Interior Design services
• Manage all phases of the client experience from first contact to delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and support fiscal goals
• Represent the RH lifestyle brand through professional communication and appearance
• Support gallery visual and quality standards

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Education or experience in Art, Architecture or Interior Design preferred
• People- and relationship-driven with strong organizational and strategic skills
• Collaborative, results-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces
• Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
