Job Summary
Dominium’s in‑house Architecture team focuses on creating permit and bid documents for multifamily projects. The Architectural Designer III supports Architectural Project Managers on rehab and new construction projects, ensuring efficient production drawings and coordination with jurisdictions and consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborates with Architectural Project Managers and architects to establish drawing and specification standards.
- Creates production drawings and ensures cost‑effective execution of assigned projects.
- Co‑ordinates project information and timing.
- Manages multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a team environment.
- Coordinates project efforts with jurisdictions and consultants.
- Keeps up to date on code issues.
- Leads and mentors Architectural Designer I staff.
Ability to lead project teams.
Qualifications- Professional degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of experience in architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High knowledge of building construction techniques.
- Ability to balance workload and deadlines on multiple projects.
- Strong graphic and visualization skills to create design ideas and detail standards.
