Role Description

The Interior Design/Architecture is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. This role is responsible for leading projects from concept through construction, including coordinating design development, preparing construction documents, and overseeing quality control for architectural deliverables. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with principals, designers, consultants, and contractors; managing schedules and deliverables; and participating in client meetings to understand project goals and constraints.

The Project Architect will review and respond to submittals and RFIs, support permitting and code compliance efforts, and help align projects with budget and schedule expectations. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, contributing to design solutions, and supporting sustainability and LEED-related project objectives where applicable.

Qualifications
  • Strong architectural design and technical skills, including proficiency in Architecture fundamentals, building codes, and construction documentation.
  • Experience with Project Management, including coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules, and supporting budget and scope control.
  • Proficiency with Revit or similar for design, documentation, and coordination.
  • Ability to manage and review Submittals, RFIs, and other construction-phase documentation with attention to detail and timely responses.
  • Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles; LEED accreditation or experience on LEED-certified projects is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design or architecture or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit and common office applications).
