Our client runs a fantastic studio in the bustling heart of Downtown Historic District, Dallas. An architectural design studio known for its distinct projects in bespoke high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial. Whilst your job will be to assist on 360 delivery of projects, you will also be expected to support the team underneath you throughout a busy schedule.
The role:
- Lead on multiple projects, commanding a small team to deliver outstanding results.
- Liaise with clients, managing their expectations and interactions, to ensure a top-notch client experience and project delivery.
- Gain exposure to a variety of tasks, from vetting project scope and setting fees to resolving design and technical issues.
- Work closely with your team, fostering strong relationships and mentoring junior staff.
Requirements:
Professional degree in Architecture; licensure preferred (TBAE).
10+ years of relevant architecture experience with a strong technical background.
- Expertise in Revit; proficiency in Sketch Up, Lumion, Enscape, Bluebeam, and Adobe CS is a plus.
- Strong understanding of code analysis, building systems, and storytelling through contract documents.
