Responsibilities- Perform assignments under the direction of more experienced staff, including project administration, schematic design, design development, and contract document administration.
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, keeping projects on schedule and managing additional services.
- Curate cohesive design solutions of interior finishes, fixtures, furniture, and accessories within client budgets and necessary lead times.
- Assist in computer production of preliminary plans and coordinate finish plans, specifications, material selections, and redlines.
- Prepare client presentations and participate in client and contractor meetings.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to select furniture, materials, and other interior products to satisfy client design requirements.
- Coordinate and determine all FF&E issues, including budgeting, resourcing, specifications, proposals, orders, tracking, and delivery of items.
- Maintain physical and digital resources, including organization, updating, and inventory of finish library and product representative contact information.
- Apply established interior design standards.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work EnvironmentIndoor office environment. Normal work hours are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Central, Monday through Friday with one hour for lunch. There may be a need to work outside of normal hours or weekends to meet project deadlines. Some local travel is required; occasional overnight travel may be necessary.
Physical DemandsWork requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, sit, stand, walk, operate a keyboard, and communicate clearly and effectively on the phone, in person, and via written communication.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from a CIDA‑accredited program.
- Experience in luxury residential design.
- Licensure not required but preferred, even if in process.
- Mid‑level position: 3–6 years of professional experience with some experience in high‑end residential or hospitality projects.
- Ability to source and curate design for luxury‑minded high‑net‑worth clientele with follow-through to installation.
- Experience with construction documents.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite of products.
- Exposure or experience with Sketch‑Up and Studio Webware.
- Proficient with technical detailing.
- Strong sketch capabilities.
