We're partnering with an award-winning architecture and interiors firm to find an Interior Designer with 5-10 years of experience for their Dallas office. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-profile workplace, hospitality, multifamily, and mixed-use projects while working alongside an experienced, highly collaborative design team. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, collaborate directly with clients, and see your ideas come to life from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead interior design projects from concept through construction administration.
- Develop construction documents, interior detailing, and project specifications.
- Prepare FF&E packages, finish selections, and material specifications.
- Present design concepts and collaborate directly with clients and project teams.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver exceptional design solutions.
- 5–10 years of commercial interior design experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong experience with construction documentation, detailing, and specifications.
- Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and commercial project delivery.
- Experience with workplace, hospitality, multifamily, or mixed-use projects; NCIDQ certification is a plus.
