Position: Product Design Lead (Strategy)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of customer-centric digital products, ensuring they are innovative and successful.
• Mentor and guide other designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align concepts and requirements, transforming them into end-to-end user experiences.
• Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to test ideas and communicate them effectively.
• Promote inclusive design standards across various platforms, including desktop, web, and mobile.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design strategies.

Skills

• Proven experience in visual, interaction, or product design strategy.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects and creative solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Miro, Figma, Fig Jam, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ability to work from low fidelity to high fidelity designs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to adapt them as needed.
• Familiarity with designing agentic experiences and integrating AI into digital journeys.
• Knowledge of established brand guidelines and design systems.
