Join our dynamic team as a Product Design Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting innovative digital experiences that empower users and enhance their healthcare journey. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions that are both intuitive and impactful.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of customer-centric digital products, ensuring they are innovative and successful.
- Mentor and guide other designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align concepts and requirements, transforming them into end-to-end user experiences.
- Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to test ideas and communicate them effectively.
- Promote inclusive design standards across various platforms, including desktop, web, and mobile.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design strategies.
- Proven experience in visual, interaction, or product design strategy.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects and creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Miro, Figma, Fig Jam, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Ability to work from low fidelity to high fidelity designs.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to adapt them as needed.
- Familiarity with designing agentic experiences and integrating AI into digital journeys.
- Knowledge of established brand guidelines and design systems.
