Senior Architect/Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Architect/Project Manager to join a collaborative practice for a long-term opportunity. You will coordinate technical requirements with design vision/intent, taking ownership of the project during its development and execution.

This is a fully onsite position located in either the Dallas or Fort Worth office.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Registered Architect, license preferred
• Proficient in Revit
• 10-15 years of professional experience in an architectural or A/E firm
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and mindfulness
• Ability to travel to project sites and/or meetings, as required
• Proven track record of managing large and small projects.
• Strong grasp of building codes, local zoning, life safety, energy codes, and accessibility.
• Ability to lead/mentor and nimble enough to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in commercial architecture, proficiency with Bluebeam Revu shared workflow, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling (Lumion, Enscape / V-Ray, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and independently manage all project phases, ensuring high-quality design and technical solutions.
• Manage document production on multiple projects concurrently
• Supervise, lead and support team.
• Track project budgets, profits, and staff productivity.
• Develop and monitor work schedules setting priorities for project activities.
• Maintain client relations and effectively communicate planning concepts.
• Regularly meet with contractors and consultants.
• Write proposals and develop budgets.

Must have architecture experience with projects in the USA.

Must be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or current Employment Authorization Document Holder with NO visa sponsor ships required now or in the future.
