Senior UX Product Designer

We’re hiring a Senior UX Product Designer for a major airline client in Fort Worth, TX.

• Onsite Tuesday through Thursday
• Remote Monday and Friday

We’re looking for an experienced UX Product Designer who can lead projects from early ideas and research through final design and implementation. This person will work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, stakeholders, and other Designers to build user-friendly digital products across desktop and mobile.

• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Lead the UX design process from discovery through implementation
• Partner closely with Engineers in an Agile environment
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and design reviews
• Gather feedback and use research findings to improve designs
• Present design recommendations and explain design decisions to stakeholders
• Follow established design systems and accessibility standards
• Support and mentor other Designers
• Track work, risks, and project updates using Jira, Rally, or Aha!

• 3+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Strong Figma and prototyping experience
• Experience working directly with Engineers from concept through launch
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
• A portfolio showing end‑to‑end UX or product design work
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth Tuesday through Thursday

• Accessibility and WCAG standards
• Experience using AI tools during the design process
