Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all phases of the design process, from early concept and schematic design through design development.
  • Craft compelling design narratives, presentation materials, 3D models, and graphic storytelling that bring project vision to life.
  • Guide project teams in evaluating design solutions that balance creativity with client goals, budget, schedule, site conditions, and code requirements.
  • Facilitate design reviews, workshops, charrettes, and client presentations, fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Mentor junior designers and coordinate closely with consultants, project leadership, and stakeholders to ensure design quality and project success.
Skills & Experience
  • Professional degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of architectural design experience, backed by a strong portfolio of complex project work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper;
    Revit experience required.
  • Solid understanding of building systems, materials, construction methodologies, zoning, and building codes.
  • Licensed Architect preferred, with LEED accreditation or a commitment to obtaining it shortly after hire.
