Plumbing Manage Leader

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing BIM & CAD Specialist with strong Revit experience to support commercial construction projects, including multifamily, high-rise, and hotel developments throughout the Dallas area.

Schedule:

2 days in office, 3 days remote.

• Create, update, and maintain plumbing BIM models using Revit
  .
• Produce CAD drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and structural teams during BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Support project managers and field teams with model updates, drawing revisions, and installation planning.
• Ensure models and drawings accurately reflect project requirements and construction progress.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience using Revit for BIM modeling (Required).
• Advanced proficiency in Revit is required. Candidates without solid Revit experience will not be considered.
• Experience with AutoCAD;
  Navisworks is a plus.
• Experience in commercial plumbing, MEP coordination, or commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
