About the Role
Join our team as a Design Consultant and help homeowners envision their dream spaces. You'll conduct in-home consultations, create design proposals, and guide clients through material selections for bathroom, kitchen, and flooring projects.
Responsibilities- Create detailed project proposals and estimates
- Guide clients through material and finish selections
- Use design software to create visualizations
- Present designs and close sales
- Maintain relationships with clients throughout their project
- Stay current on design trends and new products
- 2+ years in interior design or home improvement sales
- Strong design sense and knowledge of current trends
- Experience with design software (Sketch Up, Chief Architect, etc.)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Valid driver's license for in-home appointments
- Base salary plus commission
