The model drives the line. As BIM / Revit Coordinator at our Dallas plant, you keep the shared project model honest — the single source of truth that architecture, structure, MEP and fabrication all build from.
What you'll do- Own and maintain the federated Revit model across disciplines.
- Set and enforce modeling standards, templates and naming conventions.
- Run clash detection and drive coordination to resolution before fabrication.
- Generate fabrication-ready output and data exports for the line.
- Support the team on Revit workflows, families and content.
- 4+ years in BIM coordination on building projects.
- Deep Revit proficiency;
Navisworks and clash workflows. - Understanding of structural and MEP coordination.
- Modular, prefab or light-steel experience a plus.
- Organized, detail-driven and a clear communicator.
