Job Type: Full-time, onsite in Dallas TX, 75k-85k

We're seeking a talented Senior Industrial Designer to join a dynamic product development team. This role requires a passion for enhancing people's lives through product design and a hands‑on approach to bringing innovative ideas to life.

• Design products from concept to mass production, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
• Work with cross‑functional teams, including junior designers, to shape product strategy and vision.
• Develop prototypes using various methods, including 3D printing and working with fabrication teams.
• Work with offshore suppliers to bring products to mass production.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform product design.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Design or a recognized equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a similar role designing quality consumer products.

• Experience in design for manufacture, including plastic component design, steel fabrication, and textile development.
• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.

• An innovative thinker who can push boundaries and bring new ideas to the table.
• A designer with a modernist approach, demonstrating intuitive understanding of balance, line, proportion, color, and finish.
• Someone who is willing to travel overseas as required by the role.

This is a full‑time role, Monday‑Friday, based in our Dallas office.
