Responsibilities- Lead project teams through design development and project delivery
- Manage projects from programming and design through construction administration
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal team members
- Complete project submittals, code reviews, and consultant coordination
- Meet with regulatory agencies and project stakeholders as needed
- Review drawings and construction documents for quality and accuracy
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress
- Assist with RFIs, submittals, and other construction administration activities
- Professional Architecture degree
- 5+ years of Project Architect or Project Management experience
- Experience with municipal, civic, government, public sector, educational, or community facility projects preferred
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documents, and construction materials
- Experience managing projects through all phases of design and construction
- Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Construction administration experience is a plus
