Project Architect

Hybrid - Dallas |
Salary Range - $90,000 to $120,000

Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams through design development and project delivery
  • Manage projects from programming and design through construction administration
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal team members
  • Complete project submittals, code reviews, and consultant coordination
  • Meet with regulatory agencies and project stakeholders as needed
  • Review drawings and construction documents for quality and accuracy
  • Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress
  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, and other construction administration activities
Qualifications
  • Professional Architecture degree
  • 5+ years of Project Architect or Project Management experience
  • Experience with municipal, civic, government, public sector, educational, or community facility projects preferred
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documents, and construction materials
  • Experience managing projects through all phases of design and construction
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
  • Construction administration experience is a plus
