Join an established, design-forward architecture and interiors practice known for sophisticated hospitality work and a strong, collaborative culture. This is an opportunity for a senior Architect, Interior Architect, or architecture-focused Interior Designer to lead luxury hospitality projects, build lasting client relationships, and take on meaningful project management responsibility. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management and coordination of luxury hospitality projects, keeping teams, schedules, and deliverables on track
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted and professional point of contact throughout the project
  • Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are coordinated and successfully delivered
  • Apply a strong understanding of luxury interior architecture and design to project decisions, client conversations, and overall project direction
  • Represent the firm and its leadership with confidence while contributing to long-term client relationships and continued business growth

Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years of professional experience in architecture, interior architecture, or architecture-focused interior design
  • Luxury hospitality experience is required
  • Strong architectural/interior architecture background, with experience beyond FF&E and pure space planning
  • Proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of project delivery and coordination
  • Excellent client-facing communication, organization, interpersonal, and project management skills; architectural or interior design licensure is preferred
