A Day in the Office Looks Like This:The Project Coordinator is skilled in the development of multiple architectural projects from the schematic design phase through completion of construction administration. The incumbent will possess a diverse knowledge of architectural principles and practices to help advance a variety of different projects in the firm.
- Provides full support from the schematic design phase through construction documents on projects of various sizes or in specific areas of medium to large projects
- Independently applies advanced architectural concepts and designs
- Responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meet the client’s needs
- Assists with client and project coordination and presentation materials
- Attends client meetings and prepares meeting notes
- May provide technical guidance to less experienced team members
