Director Of Landscape Architecture
We are seeking a licensed Director Of Landscape Architecture to lead and grow our Landscape Architecture division. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced Landscape Architect with a strong background in design, project management, business development, and team leadership.
Lead landscape architecture projects from concept through construction.
Design residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, parks, and amenity projects.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams.
Review plans, specifications, and construction documents.
Manage departmental operations, budgets, staffing, and project performance.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture.
- Current Texas Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) license or ability to obtain through reciprocity.
- 10+ years of professional experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong portfolio and multidisciplinary project experience.

- Sketch Up
- Lumion or Enscape
- Bluebeam
- Microsoft Office
- GIS (preferred)
