This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, within the B&B Italia showroom. The B&B Italia Showroom | Sales | Design team member will welcome and guide clients through the showroom, present collections, and support them in selecting furnishings that align with their aesthetic, functional, and budget needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client appointments, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and sales systems.

The role also involves space planning and design support, including mood boards, product specifications, and basic layout drawings, in collaboration with clients, designers, and architects. This team member will assist with showroom merchandising, product displays, and events, ensuring that the showroom reflects the brand’s standards and delivers a premium customer experience.

• Sales and client service skills: ability to build relationships, understand client needs, present solutions, and close sales while maintaining a consultative, design-focused approach.
• Design and space planning skills: experience interpreting floor plans, proposing furniture layouts, coordinating finishes, and creating visual presentations or mood boards.
• Showroom and retail operations skills: proficiency in managing appointments, maintaining displays, handling orders, and using POS, CRM, or inventory systems.
• Communication and collaboration skills: strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external design professionals.
• Organization and problem-solving skills: attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and a proactive approach to resolving issues in sales and delivery processes.
• Relevant background: experience in luxury furniture, interior design, architecture, or high-end retail; familiarity with Italian or European design brands is an advantage.
• Technical and educational qualifications: proficiency with design-related software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketch Up,
