Senior Project Designer, Architecture

• Meet with clients to develop ongoing relationships and determine clients’ project goals.
• Develop design options for both site and buildings.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and direct junior team members in correctly documenting design.
• Follow projects from inception through construction to maintain design quality and intent.
• Coordinate the Interior Design team for spec buildings to provide cohesive design.
• Understand work plans and budgets and meet expectations for hours and deliverables.
• Create innovative conceptual and schematic designs for architectural projects.
• Present design options and shape client goals.
• Build strong client relationships while driving design excellence.
• Guide and mentor team members and collaborate with project teams.

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in Commercial Architecture Design is preferred.
• Licensed Architect is preferred.
• Basic computer, written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Adobe Suite and Sketch Up experience is essential.
• Revit and AutoCAD experience is preferred.
• Ability to create complete design presentation package is essential.
• Knowledge of key parameters of various product types for both site design and building design is essential.

Demonstrates extensive experience in Commercial Architecture Design, with a strong ability to create innovative design options and maintain design quality throughout project life cycles. Proficient in client relationship management and team collaboration, ensuring cohesive design and effective communication.
