Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the design process throughout all project phases, ensuring alignment with project goals, schedules, budgets, and design intent.
  • Facilitate and coordinate client, consultant, and project team meetings, establishing agendas, documenting decisions, and driving action items to completion.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, resource plans, and staffing requirements, managing both internal teams and external consultants.
  • Monitor project scope, progress, and deliverables, ensuring milestones are achieved accurately and on time.
  • Mentor and supervise junior team members while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing project environment.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Proven experience managing multiple architectural projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and workload management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating and motivating diverse teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools; experience with Excel, Procore, Deltek, Revit, and Bluebeam is highly desirable.
  • Preferred qualifications include 10+ years of experience, architectural licensure, LEED AP and/or WELL AP credentials, and PMP certification.
