The firm is seeking architects with current experience in architectural design and project delivery. Opportunities are available for both mid-level and senior professionals, with responsibilities aligned to the individual's experience, technical capabilities, licensure, and project leadership background.
Responsibilities- Lead and support architectural projects through programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, permitting, bidding, and construction administration
- Develop and coordinate architectural drawings, construction documents, technical details, specifications, and project documentation
- Utilize Revit and BIM workflows for architectural design, documentation, model coordination, and multidisciplinary project delivery
- Coordinate architectural design and documentation with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, landscape, and specialty consultants
- Apply building codes, zoning requirements, accessibility standards, life-safety requirements, and applicable regulatory criteria throughout project development
- Perform technical detailing and building systems coordination involving building envelope, materials, assemblies, interiors, and constructability
- Support construction administration including submittal reviews, RFIs, site observations, field reports, and contractor coordination
- Participate in client meetings, design presentations, consultant coordination, and project planning
- Provide project management, technical leadership, client interaction, and mentorship based on experience level
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program required
- Current architectural design and project delivery experience within an architecture, design, or AEC firm required
- Registered Architect licensure preferred; candidates actively completing the ARE examinations and progressing toward architectural licensure will also be considered
- Experience with one or more commercial, healthcare, higher education, K-12, multifamily, mixed-use, civic, hospitality, industrial, corporate, or institutional project types preferred
- Proficiency with Revit and BIM-based architectural design and documentation workflows
- Strong experience with construction documents, technical detailing, consultant coordination, and architectural project delivery
- Working knowledge of IBC, accessibility requirements, life-safety standards, zoning requirements, and applicable building codes
- Experience supporting projects through design development, construction documentation, permitting, and construction administration
