Responsibilities- Support the specifications team to prepare, coordinate, and maintain project specifications in alignment with design, engineering, and regulatory requirements
- Set up and attending project kick-off meetings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and consultants to ensure specifications are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Manage specification revisions, version control, and document distribution throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and industry regulations
- Support and manage QA reports
- Maintain specification templates, libraries, data sheets, and best practices
- Assist in resolving technical queries related to specifications during design and execution phases
- Architecture, Engineering, or Construction related Bachelors degree - Strong Advantage
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industries
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
