Advance your architectural career with a collaborative design team where you'll take on greater ownership across a variety of project types while working alongside experienced architects and project leaders. This opportunity is ideal for an architect with 3-5 years of experience seeking expanded responsibility, deeper exposure to project delivery from concept through construction, and a clear path toward licensure and continued career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Coordinators with construction document packages, design presentations, and material and code research.
  • Support project teams with design layouts, documentation, and project-related research for a variety of assignments.
  • Provide assistance to the Construction Administration team with punch walks, shop drawing reviews, and submittal documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal team members, consultants, and clients under the guidance of project managers and design professionals.
  • Participate in office initiatives, team activities, and professional development opportunities while contributing to project success.
Skills & Experience
  • Professional degree in Architecture required.
  • Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to graphically communicate conceptual and schematic design ideas.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to learning.
  • Interest in pursuing architectural licensure and documenting AXP hours preferred.
