We are seeking a Senior Design Consultant to join a premier homebuilding design showroom in Greater Dallas. This is an exciting opportunity for a design-minded professional who understands that selecting finishes for a new home is about more than aesthetics; it’s about helping customers create a home that reflects their lifestyle, personality, and vision.

As a Senior Design Consultant, you’ll serve as a trusted partner throughout the homebuilding journey. You’ll combine interior design expertise, consultative sales, and exceptional hospitality to create an elevated and memorable experience for every homebuyer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in interior design, residential homebuilding, and/or showroom sales.
• Exceptional customer service, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple customers, appointments, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury customer experience.
