Job Title: Group Supervisor - Product Design

Pay: $185,000 + $20,000 Yearly Bonus

Location: Uptown (Hybrid work arrangement)

We are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Group Supervisor for Product Design to lead and oversee a talented team within a highly technical and fast-paced environment. This role combines hands-on design leadership with team management, focusing on creating compelling user experiences across SaaS and mobile platforms used by millions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership abilities, and a keen eye for design, with experience managing design systems and leveraging AI-enabled design tools.

• 9+ years of in-product UX/UI design experience
• 2+ years of supervising product designers
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX skills
• Expertise in design systems and in-house design component management
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI-enabled design tools
• Experience with SaaS and mobile app design, ideally in B2B environments used by millions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, research integration, and usability best practices
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate within cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and researchers
• Experience working within agile environments and participating in design sprints
• Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on constructive feedback, team development, and clear communication

• Lead the product design team, providing hands-on design direction and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Develop, maintain, and evolve the organization's design system, ensuring consistency and scalability
• Collaborate closely with UX research, front-end development, product managers, and engineers to move concepts from ideation through implementation
• Incorporate qualitative and quantitative research insights into design decisions
• Lead initiatives to optimize user interfaces and streamline user experiences across multiple products
• Implement and leverage AI-powered tools to improve workflow efficiency and design quality
• Drive and participate in design sprints, user testing, and usability evaluations
• Provide clear, data-driven feedback to team members and stakeholders to foster collaborative improvement
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Lead performance reviews, assist in recruiting, and contribute to team growth and development
• Support organizational goals aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards
