Core ResponsibilitiesThe selected architect will lead and support projects through all phases of design, partnering closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Lead architectural design from planning through construction administration.
- Prepare and oversee construction documents, specifications, and client presentations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and consultants to deliver integrated solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development and proposal efforts.
- Guide project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and technical execution.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and construction site observations.
- Professional degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program.
- Seven or more years of architectural experience.
- Active architectural license in good standing.
- Demonstrated experience with corporate workplace, healthcare, commercial office, financial institutions, industrial, or logistics and distribution projects.
- Proven ability to lead projects through all phases of design and construction.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, life safety, and accessibility requirements.
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building capabilities.
- A genuine passion for mentoring others and delivering exceptional client service.
